Multi-Contact AG in Allschwil, a Stäubli Group company, develops, manufactures and sells electrical connectors and is represented globally with branch offices at locations in Europe, overseas and Asia.

The global SAP template which has already been used productively for many years in Allschwil, Essen and Weil is now being implemented at the production site in Hésingue (France) by means of a rollout. The project was launched in mid-January 2010 with the kick-off and the GAP analysis of the processes has already been completed. The go-live date is planned for the last quarter of 2010.

For three generations, Kambly SA had stood for the Swiss tradition of superb fine biscuits and has also been the leading premium brand in France for over 20 years.

The history of Kambly began one hundred years ago with Bretzeli from the Emmental region, which are baked according to a recipe handed down by the family’s grandmother. Our warmest congratulations on this anniversary!

Since 2007, the SAP ERP solution has been used productively in Kambly’s Swiss locations. It will now be implemented in the distribution company in France via a roll out. The central processes include the linking of different logistical services providers and the complete EDI integration of all partners in the logistics chain. The project is already in the initiation phase and the production startup is planned to commence in the near future.

Mikron’s decision to outsource the system and applications management functions to EFP Consulting AG is based on a careful assessment of the potential to optimise costs.
EFP will be responsible for demanding tasks in the SAP applications and systems area and will therefore significantly reduce the burden on Mikron’s IT managers.

The new electronic export procedure, E-dec-Export, has been operating since 2009. Since the beginning of March 2010 Reichle & De-Massari AG in Wetzikon have been using SAP GTS for customs clearance. With GTS, SAP offers a solution which covers not only the current, but also all of the future requirements of Swiss customs and of the EU (NCTS), as well as the American Export System (AES), as standard.

Held AG, a subsidiary of the ECOVER group of companies based in Belgium, develops high-performance and ecological domestic detergents and cleansing agents as well as personal care products which also protect the environment. At the end of 2009, Held AG was authorised by the Belgian parent company to introduce ERP by means of an SAP rollout. In order to guarantee a smooth start with the SAP solution, Held AG selected EFP Consulting AG as its local SAP partner. We were therefore able to provide the locally required services for SAP training and support. As planned, Held AG has been operating with SAP since 4 January 2010 without any significant problems.

EFP’s comprehensive services ranging from launch to full outsourcing were the decisive factors of the decision for each SAP. Thanks to the implementation of the preconfigured ExpertMACHINERY solution the costs and lead time, scheduled at 4 months, can be greatly reduced. System operation in the data processing centre guarantees BT-Hydraulik maximum availability and professional care at very attractive rates.

KIESTAG, a VIGIER Group company, has decided to replace its “digitised creditor accounts” process with SAP and [accantum]. In this implementation step, documents are digitised, linked to the SAP booking process and archived without liability to change.

Reichle & De-Massari AG, a market leader with worldwide interests in cable and connector systems, has decided to adopt the EFP SUPPORT SERVICE PACKAGES. Thanks to their flexibility and rapid reactivity, the agreed application and system support services will supplement the SAP CCoE (Customer Centre of Expertise) with an extremely high degree of efficiency.

Following an intensive final spurt and thanks to the huge commitment of all of the project employees, Reichle & De-Massari AG has been working successfully with SAP at the Wetzikon location since Monday 4 January 2010. On that date, SAP solutions ERP, CRM, SCM, dWM, PI, BI and HCM were all put into productive operation, representing a project without any existing parallels. Such a “big bang” could only be successfully implemented thanks to the excellent cooperation of EFP Consulting AG and the RDM project team.
Further SAP solutions will be introduced in the next phase, comprising SAP GTS for customs procedures and SAP dWM for the management of the new high rack warehouse. After the completion of this phase, worldwide rollouts into Reichle subsidiaries will follow.

Both OPO Oeschger AG and Florin AG have opted for the ARCHIVE solution [accantum] and the SAP Adapter from EFP. These two compatible solutions will enable them to easily and cheaply archive their incoming and outgoing documents and to call these up from SAP and display them at any time.

The project was successfully completed on time and on budget. Both the users and the management are extremely positive about the simple and trouble-free handling of [accantum] in conjunction with SAP.
As part of the next phase it is planned to introduce the archiving of e-mails with [accantum].

With the successful production startup of Mikron in Boudry, the second factory is by now working extensively with SAP.

Loeb, the department store chain in Bern, has been receiving SAP support by EFP Consulting AG for more than a year. Now, Loeb AG has decided to use the [accantum] archiving solution.

OPO Oeschger AG implements our SAP industry solution Business All-in-One ExpertRETAIL incl. SAP ExpertCRM together with EFP.

SAP data and voucher archiving, email archiving, audit-compliant storage of data and documents as well as images etc. are becoming ever more important. Product liability, tracing down the delivery and distribution chain, and legal provisions necessitate long-term secure data storage.

EFP is responsible for the seamless integration of ACCANTUM into SAP solutions, ACCANTUM provides customers with efficient and easy-to-use tools for data and document management, based on up-to-the-minute web technology. The attractiveness of this product, which has only recently become available in Switzerland, is increased due to the fact that the costs for licences and software maintenance, as well as for the implementation, are very low by comparison.
